In 2004, the Atlantic City Arts Alive! festival was plagued by driving rains. The only moisture the artists had to worry about Friday was sweat. The temperature was in the 90s by noon. "I know it's hot but I encourage you to all go out and shop," Amy Sosnov, founder of the Martin S. Wilson Jr. Center for the Arts said during the opening ceremonies of the third annual juried arts festival on Kennedy Plaza at the boardwalk.
